Trump said he will deport any illegal alien who fails to show up for their asylum hearing and he will fund and impower ICE to be able to do their job... and Sanctuary cities and states who fail to work with ICE will be cut off of any migrant funding....

Why does Benedicts' flock think an open border means no border. 323 billion dollars worth of goods were exported through that open border with Mexico.

For what it's worth, other non-voters, such as minors, felons, and people who simply haven't registered, also affect a state's representation.

So Fla. and Tx. are helping to increase the representation of Blue states buy shipping the asylum seekers to them at the tax payers in those states expense. However, since they move around the country no state is being "unfairly represented" by the non asylum seeking undocumented residents as red and blue states have roughly equal numbers of undocumented residents living in them.
