I'm also smart enough to know when Republicans are trying to disenfranchize black voters by looking up ways black voters are more likely to vote and what IDs they are more likely to use to vote and then trying to get those methods and IDs eliminated for use in voting like North Carolina Republicans did when they "target black voters" with surgical precision.
