The Biden family opened more than 20 shell companies to hide payments and launder money, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said Sunday.
After reviewing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) at the Treasury and subpoenaing banks and individuals, Comer posted on Twitter that the Biden family created more than 20 entities to accept, forward, and collect payment from a wide range of business associates.
"We found all these shell companies that make absolutely no sense," Comer told Fox News. "I don't believe they have paid a penny of revenue, a penny of taxes on most of the millions of dollars they received from our adversaries around the world."

"How did they list this on their taxes?" Comer questioned. "Is it a service they provided?"

When you are investing in multiple companies overseas, you incorporate one shell company for each investment. There are 9 Biden family members involved in these investments and only 20 investment companies. Given the number of people involved, that number seems low, unless some of the investment corporations involve multiple family members.

In the short time that the Republicans have had subpoena power they have uncovered 150 plus Suspicious Banking Transactions filed on the Biden family's financial dealings. They've uncovered the 20 plus shell companies that the Biden's used to hide where payments were coming from and where they were going to! They've uncovered over 20 million dollars in payments from corrupt foreign entities in Ukraine, Russia, China and Romania...payments that ended up going to 9 different members of the Biden family! They've shown evidence of coverups that took place at the FBI and the IRS...evidence given by totally credible whistleblowers!
