Why Are You A Communist?
?
Communist posters are not ready to admit the obvious.
Now they call themselves, liberals, progressives, middle of the road, compassionate conservatives, liberal republicans, socialists, etc
.
So anyone that supports regulating big businesses and using tax payer dollars to fund infrastructure, science and r&d = communism. You really don't know what the **** you're talking about. I mean really.
Go live in the woods as you have no business driving on our roads.
Why can't the free market regulate businesses?
What kind of regulations are you referring to?
Why can't private business pay for science and R&D?
Go live in Venezuela and enjoy the Chavez' revolution.
.
Corporations that enjoy both individual rights and freedoms
but larger collective influence, authority and resources
can act as govt does but without the checks and limits normally put on govt.
They can't be held to account because legally they count as individuals.
So that's why private business can't be trusted.
Liberals are too busy undermining Constitutional checks on govt,
these can't be applied to Corporations either.
And what is curious is Liberals don't trust Corporations
but they trust GOVT that is run by Corporate interests
(and just blame Republicans and Conservatives for that,
thinking by supporting Liberals and Democrats that is
good enough to stop the abuses. But Liberals and Democrats
rely on the same corporate interests to fund campaigns and
lobbying, so that doesn't really work either. Corporate interests
still run unchecked and unequal, and get into all branches of govt,
plus the media and party systems outside govt.)
Since Corporations can't be regulated if they claim individual freedom,
what I suggest is upon registration with the govt, then licensing
depends on signing agreements to have systems in place of
protecting equal rights and due process, similar to the Bill of Rights,
for any large collective organization the same as this checks govt.
Liberals are too busy trying to micromanage and push regulations
by writing out the conditions for each industry, case and instance.
What we should do is enforce a blanket policy that covers ALL
cases, by requiring Corporate entities to set up an equal system
for redressing grievances as they arise, so this covers all cases with equal protection of individuals affected by the company, and agree to respect due process and not to oppress issues by forcing people
to sue a huge corporation and win before they can protect their rights.
People should be able to mediate and resolve conflicts directly to avoid or correct problems directly.
So you don't need additional legislation for each and every problem or case for every company and industry, etc.
Each company sets up its own process, and if it is skewed and doesn't work, consumers will complain about that, too!
