Are you from the USSR? And are there no scoundrels and human killers in other countries? Say, in Chile after the coup? Or in South Vietnam after the coup? In Afghanistan, after the entry of NATO troops there? In Syria?

A statement of the fact that the legal system DOES NOT WORK is not enough, for the political crooks will conspire new adventures, kill new thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousands of OTHERS.
