Has anyone actually bothered to read it?

I glanced through it and the segments I read struck me more as 'predictable' than anything else.

There are some decent ideas in the legislation.
However, a decent idea in a piece of legislation doesn't mean any of the rest of it is worth passing.

My impression was that a few good ideas were included to give nit-wits that don't know any better, something to support in an argument.
By good idea ... I mean one that whether or not I agreed with it, could be justifiable in a respectable political sense ... Or worth considering.

These guys are kinda right.. Elections nowadays hinge on less than 1% margins. THE NORMAL rejection rate of mail-back ballots ranges from 1 to 4%... This is because folks forget to sign or can not follow directions or are just CHEATING..
