When I was living in Germany I always felt so much better.

A lot of that mess isn't in their food.

Their sugar comes from sugar beets and their icing on their cakes doesn't have that much sugar in it.

They also pretty much go to the store just about every day because food doesn't have preservatives in it like we have.

Their refrigerators are tiny compared to ours. About the size of one you'd put in a dorm room.

I hear ya Carl! I've actually studied health and nutrition, but this is the stuff people are surrounded with! Inundated with! And advertised 24/7 to eat.
The people of Europe eat so much better, so fewer chemicals and additives. Look at your supermarket shelves. Where I find fault with the most is our government FDA.
75% of the stuff in our stores is CRAP. Artificial food designed to sit on the shelf for 6 months because industry lobbyists donate big to politicians in Washington.

Where I find the #2 fault is with our doctors who do little or nothing to help guide people toward better food choices and diets.
