If you work in a office and told you can't wear cut off jeans and a fuck you hat to work you can chose not to work there. If you work around and told you have to wear hearing protection you can chose not to work there.

Companies are allowed to have a dress code. I went into a bestbuy once and a chic working there had a BLM mask on and I left. As I was leaving someone asked if I found what I was looking for and I said yes and told them why I was leaving without buying anything.
