I define better not from a political slant but rather in regards to how it will help the top of the ticket.

VPs are generally too boring for words. I'm going to post a poll for top reasons to vote for either party.

Can't judge Kaine just yet; but Pence is boring as sh**.

Pence looks like a school vice-principal with dark secrets.

Kaine looks like a drunken Irishman barely staying on the stool.

In the first 12 hours, I had voted Kaine. But then I learned of his corruption. Now, other stuff is readily apparent, too. It's a disastrous pick.
