Who is the best QB in this picture?

Pop quiz: What was the only season in which the Patriots missed the playoffs between 2003 and 2019 inclusive? Answer: 2008, the year in which Brady missed the entire season. No player has been more valuable to a team over a longer period than Brady. 49ers were less dependent on Montana, as they won with Young as well.
Pop quiz: Who won the Superbowl in 2007 after the Patriots went undefeated for the season?

I lost $100 on that game and I had bet The Patriots 3 games before that.

Joe taught Young.

Philly? Maybe NYG?

Peyton Manning, through-and-through.

All great, legendary QB's. Nobody moved the ball and put points on the board like Peyton did. His only crux was that he usually had a subpar defense that would let him down.

John Elway always did more with less than any of these guys, and he is my choice.

My favorite is Roger Staubach, and always will be.

The guy on the far left.

But the best QB isn't in the photo

My pick is Brady. My favorite is Staubach even though I credit him for turning the Cowboys into the so-called America's team.

Exactly, but he wasn't running across the middle and getting hit like Elway, racking up yardage, and neither looked at the ref's and told them to throw flags when he got hit.
looking at refs and telling them to throw flags when he got hit? you are OBVIOUSLY confusing Joe with shady brady.:auiqs.jpg::iyfyus.jpg::rofl:

Favre doesn't even belong in that group if you ask me.

change that to Brady Dogmaphobe and you hit a home run.:2up:

You are in denial.
:yes_text12: he constantly is everyday in the sports section Blaster same with unkotore, rightwinger and papagoria.

It’s not really a fair comparison. Joe was out there taking hits on a regular basis that would get players suspended and fined if the made against Tom.

I had forgotten how huge Payton‘s forehead was, how did he fit that in a helmet
:yes_text12: :TH_WAY~113::thankusmile::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2:

That is WHY it is rediculous and absurd to make a comparison to compare Brady with legends like Staubach,Montana,Elway, and Marino:uhoh3: Brady played in an era where quarterbacks have had skirts put on them.He is a wuss,he NEVER would have lasted ONE SEASON back in in the day and age that Montana,Elway,Marino, and staubach played in. the wuss could not even take a mere hit to the knee without missing an entire season.. the people calling him the greatest quarterback of all time cannot refute the FACT had he played in the era those guys played in,he would never have even lasted ONE SEASON.

Montana,Elway,Marino, and Staubach ALL played in an era where quarterbacks were constantly tossed around like ragdolls pile driven into the ground. anybody who is going to sit there and tell me with a straight face that brady would have lasted one season back in that day and age is in total denial mode.:auiqs.jpg::rofl: anytime i post these FACTS.The brady worshippers on here post a laughing smilley and then do this in defeat knowing they were taken to school by me.:scared1:

Brady had THIS luxary all those other quarterbacks never had and would have DREAMED of having.

so enough of this Brady is the greatest ever laughable crap already.

Now if we want to discuss if Brady is better than Peyton Manning now THAT is a reasonable discussion the fact they both played in the same era with the same rules where defenses were not allowed to play defense but give it a rest Brady is the best ever crap already.thats been debunked too many times to remember.

Johnny Unitas is definitely in the conversation for the best ever.
 :yes_text12:

exactly.:TH_WAY~113::clap2:

Thats a no brainer and not even in the discussion that Johhny Unitas was the greatest ever.

I had to laugh back in the 80's when the MSM media was billing Montana as the greatest quarterback ever when he won 4 superbowls and then again when they then started billing Brady as the greatest ever. what the media NEVER mentions when they start in with that garbage of brady being the best ever is that Johnny Unitas played in a day and age where quarterbacks were thrown around like ragdolls and piled driven into the ground. Brady never would have lasted ONE SEASON Back in that day and age.we ALL know that.

montana is not the greatest ever and neither is brady,Johnny Unitas is,he played in a day and age where quarterbacks played with leather helmets.

Johnny Unitas is the greatest ever. Then Montana sense he ALSO played in a day and age were quarterbacks were thrown around like ragdolls. Elway would be my third choice as greatest ever.sorry to the OP but Elway went into panick mode once the superbowl began in his early days.

The Giants superbowl loss i do not blame on elway,it was mostly the fault of the defense, but in the superbowls against the redskins and forty niners..elway stunk up the joint and was a major reason for them losing.

The lying piece of shit that claims I am on ignore has been caught lying again. Reacts to a post he claims he can't see because I am on his ignore list, which suits me fine, the guy is a stupid ass, lying *****.

Not my favorite but it would be Brady, then Montana and then Manning. My favorite all time is Ken “The Snake” Stabler.

This one set all the records that they broke....Back in the day when if you passed over 20 times a game, you probably lost.....Except that he didn't.

:yes_text12: He ALSO played in an era where quarterbacks were thrown around like ragdolls and pile driven into the ground. of the people in that photo,Roger Staubauch is EASILY leaps and bounds the greatest more than ALL those quarterbacks in that Photo FACTS the brady worshippers here cannot get around and blatantly ignore Oddball

I say Staubauch over even Elway and Montana because while Montana and Elway also played in an era where quarterbacks were thrown around like ragdolls, they STILL did not have to go through the same kind of punishment that stabauch, Bradshaw,Unitas and Tarkenten went through,

The rules started to change even in the mid 80's in the era where Montana,Marino, and Elway played for the way quarterbacks were treated, they still got thrown around like rag dolls but they stopped allowing them to pile drive them into the ground head first by then.

Tarnkenton,Unitas and Staubach were far greater quarterbacks than Brady or Manning sense they played in an era where quarterbacks did not have skirts on.

NONE of the quarterbacks in that picture even inclding Tarkenten and staubach could have carried the jockstrap of Unitas sense Unitas did what none of these quarterbacks and that photo did, play in a day and age with a pigskin helmet.

so danny hit the nail on the head.it cannot be debated that UNITAS was the greatest quarterback ever, hands down no contest. had he had the luaxary of playing in the same era that Brady and Manning played when teams could not play defense,he would be the one holding all the records and most superbowls not brady.

Unitas did not have this luxary here below that Brady had.

thats why Brady is not even in the same breath as Marino,Montana or Elway as the greatest quaterback ever.:uhoh3:

so AGAIN,to stop looking foolish,if were going to talk about brady as being great then lets compare him to the the quarterbacks like manning who played in his era, when you say he is greatest of all time over Unitas, you just have shit on your face in embarrassment.

I was, of course, speaking strictly of passing records.

If you made up a statistic of which QB had the most yards sideways, Tarkenton would still hold that one.

I believe Randall Cunningham playing today and taught right from offensive minded coaches would be the GOAT.
