Bill isn't running. The rape accusers couldn't get law enforcement to even consider the cases. One has a sworn affidavit saying it never happened, One admitted to a one night stand, and the other's story keeps changing. Inviting a woman to your hotel room, exposing yourself & asking for sex is not an assault. Bill is a adulter that is the only fact here.
