You may be correct, Foxy, but have you noticed how the freedom espoused by the Right works against us, while the lock-step obedience by the totalitarian Left makes them far more formidable....

That makes him a hero.
And you, pretty much a non-thinking follower.
You don't answer questions or defend your party because you can't.
It's all in the message my friend. They control the message that most people see or hear. And Patriots/Republicans/libertarians (little "L") so far haven't been willing to do the hard work to change that.
That's why your threads/my threads/other threads focusing on cause and effect and policy or track records attract mostly the trolls while threads accusing or insulting somebody go hundreds of posts.
If we do not get past the insult mentality--slut shaming/DEI candidate/personal insults and such--I think we lose in November.

I'm not an optimist....I see that we have already lost. A Trump victory will not turn around the 50% who have imbibed the poison. The 'long march' has already spelled doom for Western Civilization.

I am less optimistic myself but I haven't given up. I don't want you to either. The USA became an amazing nation with unlimited potential when the rest of the world was totalitarian. And there are still Americans who understand that--Trump & Co. understand that--and if we put those people in charge they can and will turn things around if they have the support of the people behind them.I'm not an optimist....I see that we have already lost. It was the success of the USA that inspired much of the rest of the world to move to governments more responsive to and beneficial for the people.
It is people like you who can actually still think critically and understand concepts who give me hope. But if the Democrats retain the power in 2024, I'm pretty sure they will accomplish their soft coup to make the USA a totalitarian country or we will have civil war with bullets.
In case anybody doesn't know what totalitarianism is: Totalitarianism is a form of government that tries to control every aspect of life, from politics and economy to culture and morality.
