As far as I can tell, the officer never observed him driving, just sitting on his bike. In any event, the legal limit in NJ is 0.08. If he took the test at the police station, how long does it take for the blood-alcohol level to drop from 0.08 to 0.02 in a man his size?

I have always been of overage means and I can tell you this: I have lost tract of the number of times that I had doors and opportunities opened for me, as well as the number of times when I got away with shit, including DWI because of my race.
