Trump-care would have provided tremendous care to the American people, with unlimited choices as well as almost unbelievable savings.
The Democrats didn't like it, of course. The idea of people saving money made them sick to the stomach and the idea of tremendous choice and freedom is anathema to them.
Trump's new plan is likely to be even more tremendous, but revealing it today or next month, it really isn't that urgent to do it today. After all, the D's will obstruct it until they are out of power in Congress any how.

Trump and the Republicans don’t have to have a health care plan. They didn’t promise any new plans when they were running for office.

The government needs to stay out of the business of health care.
It is a commodity just like everything else. It is best served by the free market.
We sure as hell don't need the filthy ass government regulating our health care, That should be between us and our doctors.
We also don't need the filthy ass government stealing our money to be used to pay other people's health care bills. You pay your bills and I pay mine and we leave the government out of it.

With close to 5 million infected with COVID and the Trump administration petitioning the Supreme Court to repeal Obamacare .......there is no urgency to identify how you will replace it?
Oh what will you do when you have to get your health insurance from your employer, or better yet, stick a crowbar in your wallet and pay for your visit to the ER for the sniffles.
What about the self employed or those whose employers don’t offer insurance.
A trip to the Emergency Room is freaking expensive. Getting admitted to the hospital can bankrupt you.
A lot of people buy their own insurance, if they anticipate that they can't handle the possible costs. BTW, Obamacare is a program that has $5000 or more deductibles.
