Chemical attacks on children in Syria are terrible things and Americans are outraged that they could take place. It’s a shame that those same Americans are not up in arms over the fact that Mexico has been practicing chemical warfare against the United States for generations. Apparently all the young people in America dying from opioid addiction are somehow relegated to some kind of second class status. All kinds of high dudgeon for kids in Syria but when it comes to kids at home no one bats an eyelash about the source of the poison.

Demanding that something be done about Syria is all well and good but how about demanding something be done about drug-running Mexico and its brethren in South America? If scores of children choke on toxic gas in Syria thousands and even millions of young Americans are falling to the lucrative drug trade originating in Mexico.

Does anyone seriously believe that a quid pro quo has not existed between the US and Mexico since NAFTA? You let us build auto plants in Mexico and we’ll help you support your country by running a pipeline of drugs into our cities. After all it’s only the lowlifes that will die-makes perfect sense.

Instead of a distracting phony investigation of a sitting president that is the largest kangaroo court in the history of mankind why is no one investigating the strange relationship the US leadership has with a country that is probably more corrupt than any country that has ever existed?

How stupid do the American people have to be to allow a neighboring country to prosecute not just chemical warfare but biological and cultural warfare as well? Diseases are cropping up all over the country that were thought to be eradicated.

After what we’ve seen in the last election it is plain that the US government cannot be trusted and only a total purge of its highest ranks will give us any hope of saving our country. Meanwhile antidotes are passed out among vulnerable populations-you know, like gasmasks in WW2 London or contemporary Israel.

Only the dumbest of the dumb will reserve their tears for children in Syria while they laugh off US victims of Mexico that drop daily from heroin and fentanyl. Chemical warfare is chemical warfare even if it’s invited and tolerated.

Our government is enabling this and we need to change it fast.

You are right . We should round up the ceos at Big Pharma companies that make the stuff , and the doctors who prescribed those killer drugs.

Oh but that reality doesn’t fit wh your racist motives now does it.

Or do you think Fetnyal is being grown in peoples basements ?

Big pharma is part of the problem but it is not the source of the problem. Prescription drug television advertising plays a huge role. It didn't exist 25 years ago but lawyers intervened and promised that viewers would be encouraged to ask their doctor-about as useful as warnings on cigarette packages.
The drugs coming in from Mexico are what is killing the kids.

Did the Mexico Herione council buy add time ? No . Most of these addicts started wh a prescription.

We were snowed by Big Pharma that these pills were not addictive . All lies . Sure they settled for fines for their lies .That pales compared to the billions they made and still make .

How Drug Companies Flooded West Virginia With Opioid Pills

Drug wholesalers sent 780 million hydrocodone and oxycodone pills into West Virginia over six years, according to an investigation by the Charleston Gazette-Mail.

Meanwhile, 1,728 West Virginians died from overdoses of these two powerful painkillers.

“I was surprised that some of the smallest pharmacies had some of the biggest numbers,” Eyre said. For example, nearly 9 million hydrocodone pills to one pharmacy in Kermit, W.Va., population 392.

Don't forget to add in the mix farm chemicals, fluoride and the farce of forcing children to wear chemically laden clothes on the pretense of saving them. Plus the benzalkonium (which causes asthma in any amount and is like giving growth hormones to nasty invasive fungi) that was also push by forced legislation to prevent phosphates of old fashion laundry soap being used. The system is overloaded.

Who didn't know opium was addictive? Opium, and it's derivatives, make the lives of millions of Americans better by relieving severe pain. It should be celebrated as a national treasure, like they do in Afghanistan.......

FYI -

The terms “opioid” and “opiate” are often used interchangeably, but they have distinct meaning and usages. At one point in time, the word “opioid” was used to describe only the synthetic substance used to mimic opium. Today, it’s used to define the entire class of substances either derived from or used to simulate opium. “Opiate,” on the other hand, refers to a natural drug derived from the opium poppy. Whether the drug is in its natural or synthetic form, it can cause serious side effects and be dangerously addictive.

Thank you for your input. Changes made:

Chemical attacks on children in Syria are terrible things and Americans are outraged that they could take place. It’s a shame that those same Americans are not up in arms over the fact that Mexico in Central America and the pharmaceutical industry in the US have been practicing chemical warfare against US citizens for generations. Apparently all the young people in America dying from opioid addiction are somehow relegated to some kind of second class status. All kinds of high dudgeon for kids in Syria but when it comes to kids at home no one bats an eyelash about the source of the poison.

Demanding that something be done about Syria is all well and good but how about demanding something be done about drug-running Mexico and Big Pharma in the United States? If scores of children choke on toxic gas in Syria thousands and even millions of young Americans are falling to the massive drug trade originating in Mexico along with the nested power of the American pharmaceutical industry that furtively pays off doctors and politicians.

Does anyone deny that pharmaceutical giants are addicting millions of Americans to dangerous drugs incessantly advertised on television? Twenty five years ago this advertising didn’t exist. It was only after lawyers got involved that the “ask-your-doctor” qualifier was introduced-a ridiculous mechanism that encourages patients to aggressively nag their doctors for the poison like kids whining at their parents for toys they’ve seen on TV ads.

After what we’ve seen in the last election it is plain that the US government cannot be trusted and only a total purge of its highest ranks will give us any hope of saving our country. Meanwhile antidotes are passed out among vulnerable populations-you know, like gasmasks in WW2 London or contemporary Israel.

Only the dumbest of the dumb will reserve their tears for children in Syria while they laugh off US victims that drop daily from heroin and fentanyl. Chemical warfare is chemical warfare even if it’s invited and tolerated to appease Mexico and Big Pharma.

Our paid-off government is enabling this.

Addiction is just evolution's way of weeding out the weak. Nobody is being forced to buy illegal drugs from Mexico, they are doing it of their own free will. I say let them do what they want.

Let’s not leave out the 3rd world disease the illegals bring in as well. New and wonderful flu strains, and that awesom drug resistant TB. Yup, not to mention the nasty things they bring like lice and so on.

I have been advocating putting the US military (not the NG, but the real active duty guys) on the border for years. Let them defend us instead of Italy and Germany for a change.
