I Think That I Just Discovered The Reason Why The Black Crime Rate In America Is So High

^^^ BTW ^^^
Even though the book came out 20+ years ago, it remains as accurate if not more so today.

It's because stupid stuff like this happens. Yesterday I made a topic how this girl wasn't originally going to receive her diploma and now the school caved in and gave it to her anyways!! Which teaches her absolutely NOTHING!! And I'm a little bit upset this morning about it because my man and I were talking about how we would raise our children a whole LOT better than this and her diploma would be cut up, ripped up, and or she would be forced to repeat her grade for acting like a fool and make the whole graduation ceremony about her, but somebody told us that she still deserves that diploma and it's the school that should grow up.

Umm,.. newsflash!! If she did something like that at a workplace would she still have that job? I also find it incredibly hard to believe that she will be able to find a job now and all she's learned from this is if she pouts enough about it eventually people will cave in and she will get her way.

Which she probably learned her whole entire life and has had no stable father or father figure in her home with her. I also say that this is probably why the black crime rate is so high because these kids have no fathers or father figures and no real discipline so if they think that they're above school rules, then they most likely think that they're above the law too!!

MAN, I am so angry right now at this person that we know that was calling out the school for their original course of action and calling us out for wanting to teach our children discipline and being held accountable for their actions since it's that kind of thinking that got our country into the problems with crime among the young people and especially the blacks in the first place!! The school should have stood their ground on this because they're just part of the problem!! 😡

I used to be able to do the splits.

Are you really that ignorant or is this another rhetorical idiot Leftist deflection ?
Horseshit! You are the ignorant one

Social safety net programs did not destroy the Black family, but historical policies often made them vulnerable to state surveillance and poverty traps. Structural challenges—including the legacy of slavery, mass incarceration, and labor market discrimination—have been far more destabilizing than direct social assistance.

Other factors that shaped impact of the welfare system on family structures:
  • The "Marriage Penalty" Debate: Some conservative critics, most notably tracing back to the 1965 Moynihan Report, argued that early welfare models (like AFDC) inadvertently incentivized family separation. Because families often lost benefits if an employed male lived in the home, some couples felt forced to separate on paper to access survival resources.

  • Systemic Flaws Over Family "Destruction": Progressive scholars and organizations, such as the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, argue that welfare policies did not destroy the family but were designed with inadequate benefits and stringent restrictions. These designs trapped families in poverty and created disincentives for upward mobility.

  • Broader Destabilizing Factors: Decades of economic data and studies show that mass incarceration and discriminatory housing or banking practices severely fractured Black family units. These intersecting factors devastated communities independently of social safety nets.

OK , I'll play....even though you spouted off some shit without any references. The issue is complicated , but you goobers can't deal with complicated. It's so much easier to just blame democrats, or the dreaded "socialism" - and to mindlessly regurgitate racist talking points- than to actually do some research and apply critical thinking skills to a topic...never mind.....I realize that I'm asking a lot of you

Economic security programs can help families meet basic needs and improve their lives, but design features influenced by anti-Black racism and sexism have created an inadequate system of support that particularly harms Black families and other families of color. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), the nation’s primary program for providing cash assistance to families with children when parents are out of work or have very low income, is perhaps the clearest example of a program whose history is steeped in racist ideas and policies (see text box, “Defining Key Terms,” for definitions) that particularly strip Black women of their dignity.

This paper, the first in a series on TANF and race, documents more than a century of false and harmful narratives — such as that Black women are unfit mothers — and paternalistic policies that sought to control Black women’s behavior and compel their labor. It then shows how these ideas and policies still influence TANF today. (It does not cover the full scope of TANF policies that are racist and should be changed, including child support enforcement requirements that apply to custodial parents and exclusions of immigrants.) This legacy of exclusion and subjugation is a major reason why TANF cash assistance, though a critical support for some, doesn’t meet the needs of most families in poverty, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

Your source shows as another useless, non-productive, deadwood, parasitic drain of wealth, same as yourself, hence of no real value or merit in this discussion.

Like you they are a wealth drain, expecting others to do what they think has merit, while providing "no skin in the game" of their own and no wealth of their own to support their agenda and/or claims.

In other words, more phonies and frauds.

Your avatar and sig lines underscore and prove what a worthless POS you are, BTW.

I doubt you work and earn you own keep and certainly have nothing of your own you contribute to the non-profit/NGOs you think others should support. I.E. you are a fraud and a phony !

Holy shit on a shingle ! Seriously .??? That's your response? A hissy fit over my source and a barrage of Holy shit! Seriously .??? That's your response? Black crime is high because there is no longer a father most black families.

Exactly and have you seen this new's story? Completely unbelievable!! They're just fueling the fire now by giving her her diploma. Sorry, I just had to rant because I'm frustrated that so many people including somebody I personally know don't get it!! 🙄

I don't know. Way too many black women have babies out of wedlock.
The welfare state created a culture of dependency and ingle mothers who are the moan cause of poverty and crime. Moral values in black culture advocate violence and sexuality with no responsibility or accountability

Blacks were making great strides in the 50s after Eisenhower integrated the schools. Democrats opposed this tooth and nail. These improvements cam to a sudden end after Johnson and the democrats passed the Great Society. The welfare state. They knew what the outcomes would be blacks dependent on the government who would vote to keep the money flowing. Welfare was constructed to pay more for each child and stop payments if the woman married. Single mothers were rewarded and marriage punished. A generation of depended woman was created and the role of the father in the family destroyed. What happened. Crime exploded in black culture. Single mothers are the main source of crime and violent offspring. Blacks create 53% of all homicide today. They are also the largest culture still on welfare. So calling welfare as your article tries to do a success is a total lie. Black median IQ dropped to 85 from 100. Addiction mental illness child abuse have all increased. It all goes back to the Great Society that destroyed the two parent black family. Even slavery couldnt do that

That is quite a collection of biased Gish Gallop to unpack. I have to wonder what your source is. Let me guess- the highly bigoted Heritage Foundation- the folks who brought us Project 2025- and who’s lies you used to malign trans people.( You ran away from that thread after I called you out on your lie about being a “therapist” for trans people. )

Anyway, lets see what we have here :

Lie of omission # 1 Democrats opposed integration of schools albeit a lie of omission, also known as propaganda…..

During the mid-20th century, the Southern wing of the Democratic Party fiercely and systematically opposed school integration. Conversely, Northern Democrats generally supported civil rights legislation, which resulted in a deep ideological divide within the party

The Southern Manifesto: In 1956, 101 Southern Democrats in Congress signed the Declaration of Constitutional Principles (often called the "Southern Manifesto"), pledging to use all lawful means to overturn the Brown decision and resist integration.

Lie of omission #2 You state as absolute fact that Johnsons Great Society . fostered black dependency on the government who would vote to keep the money flowing.

What you fail to mention is: A) whether President Lyndon B. Johnson's Great Society programs created dependency among Black Americans is a deeply debated topic with no consensus. And b) The programs are heavily credited with cutting Black poverty,

I acknowledged that there is a downside to these programs and that there is an element of social control involved. There were unintended, or perhaps intended outcomes, but YOU have no idea whether Johnson knew what those outcomes would be. Yet you rail against all social programs as though they should not exist and that it is all a nefarious plot by Democrats to keep blacks down. More shameless propaganda.

#4 A sliver of truth: “Welfare was constructed to pay more for each child and stop payments if the woman married. Single mothers were rewarded and marriage punished.” Yes mistakes were made. Back to your lies

Lie of omission # 3 Crime exploded in black culture. Single mothers are the main source of crime and violent offspring.

Yes there is crime, but that statement in and of itself dumbs down a complex socio economic dynamic . Criminologists and sociologists attribute elevated rates of crime and violence in some Black communities to complex, interrelated structural and historical factors, rather than inherent racial traits.

Understanding these complex systemic conditions requires exploring several key factors:

Socioeconomic Disadvantage and Poverty

  • Concentrated Poverty: Disproportionately high crime rates are primarily driven by concentrated poverty and economic divestment. Black Americans have historically faced higher rates of poverty due to compounding socioeconomic inequalities. When basic resources are scarce, rates of property and violent crime tend to rise.
  • Lack of Opportunity: Diminished access to quality education, job opportunities, and mental health resources creates an environment where illegal economies (such as the drug trade) and gang activity can take root
Historical Segregation and Redlining

Spatial Segregation:
Historical and ongoing housing segregation (e.g., redlining) has isolated Black populations into underfunded neighborhoods with fewer municipal investments and poor economic infrastructure.

Community Disinvestment: Studies indicate that even when comparing middle-class Black and White neighborhoods, Black neighborhoods can still experience higher rates of gun violence due to systemic underinvestment and the enduring impacts of institutional racism.

Historical Segregation and Redlining

  • Spatial Segregation: Historical and ongoing housing segregation (e.g., redlining) has isolated Black populations into underfunded neighborhoods with fewer municipal investments and poor economic infrastructure.

There is more but you get the idea. Your simplistic analysis has elements of blaming the victim while shamelessly ignoring the effects of systemic and historical racism. More propaganda

Lie of omission # 5 Blacks create 53% of all homicide today. Yes, another sliver of truth. But what you left out is .....

that criminologists and sociologists emphasize that race itself is not the cause of crime. Instead, these disparities are primarily linked to socioeconomic factors, historical segregation, underfunded schools, and concentrated poverty in urban neighborhoods.

Lie of omission # 6 They are also the largest culture still on welfare. The truth is. in terms of sheer numbers,

more white people receive government welfare benefits than Black people. However, Black Americans participate in these programs at disproportionately higher rates relative to their total share of the U.S. population.

So here you conflate the fact that blacks are overrepresented with they being the larges group on welfare while again ignoring the role of historic and systemic raceism. Shame on you again

Lie # 6 “calling welfare as your article tries to do a success is a total lie. “ I am not the liar here. There article was critical of the system and I acknowledged that. Now I’m beginning to think that your not just a liar, I think that you have a serious problem navigating reality

Lie of omission #7 Black median IQ dropped to 85 from 100. Addiction mental illness child abuse have all increased. It all goes back to the Great Society that destroyed the two parent black family.

Again your dumbing down a complex issue and trying to place all of the blame on social programs that you disapprove of while ignoring the role of historic and systemic racism. Given the conditions of racism and poverty faced by black people of the era, what would you have done in lieu of the great society programs. Please be specific. Just being against something is not enough. I’m not holding by breath for an answer. No doubt you wil run away from this one too, like you did on the transgender topic

Yeah, can you name a policy that the modern republic party has done for the black family?

Is white districting helping them out?

Stopped them from killing all their babies, but white leftists like you are VERY big on promoting black genocide through the targeted abortions you shill.

I love the overinclusive loaded with BS long winded reply.
Im supported by todays facts. The father in the black family is not normal anymore. Two parent families were normal before the welfare state paid women to have babies and punished them to marry.
As result blacks are the largest culture on welfare and create 53% of all murder and violent crime. 73% born out of wedlock leads to the highest rate for crime and homicide.
Hers a thought. The democrats and progressives demand equity in every aspect of life with one exception. Two parent families. Why is that? Because they know they created the problem in the black culture. They dont want to talk about it.
