Hard to convince a judge a recount would have any impact when most recounts only change the vote by a hundred.

Trump wins N.C and AZ, that puts him at 232

Trump is only 19k behind AZ. With military votes, Trump can win GA, and at worst, auto recount. If he takes both, that's 259.

If PENN 8pm after votes goes away, that's 279.

Even the software glitch if looked at further, could flip Michigan.

As long as citizens are demanding their vote count and a push for recounts, forensic assessment, Trump could still win. Even easily in some scenarios. That's democracy. He isn't even a week out, the E.C is Dec 14th.
