I want to get paid according to the value of my work. That is not unrealistic, and yes, it means that engineers get paid more than janitors because the value of their work is greater than janitors. However, that does not mean that janitors work is not valuable. If it was not there would be no janitors.

Someone else being being willing to work for less money than me because they are more desperate than me only shows that the system you believe in is based on the economically advantaged taking advantage of the economically disadvantaged. By your system an engineer would get paid next to nothing - despite the value of his work - if all engineers were driven into poverty and were desperate enough.

Many employers purposely keep the most valuable employees at the lowest wages they possibly can so that the employees have no possible chance economic freedom or advancement. The more valuable you are the more the employer wants to keep you down.

Once again, you are ignoring universal principles and human nature.

Employees have a choice. The fact that they are too stupid or chickenshit to make that choice is the reason they belong in their current position.

The smartest and best become employers. The dumbest and weakest are employees.

The only difference between that and your beloved marxism, is that government is the bourgeoisie, and there is no choice. You will still get underpaid, only now, you have no way to break free.

Society must work this way. It is the only way. You are delusional if you think it will work your communist way. It never has and never will.

Second, employees don't have an option to become employers because they are grossly underpaid, live pay check to pay check and have to go into debt just to live a modest life style. They have no chance of saving enough to start a business.

Third, employers hire employees because they NEED them. So at worst there is a symbiotic relationship. But keep this in mind, YOU PAY US because YOU NEED US. Given your 'skills' we wouldn't pay you squat. You are a worthless parasite that can only survive by being a middleman between the banks and the working population.

Finally, you are delusional and a simpleton. Nothing that I've said promotes communism in any way - not even close.
