He was found in contempt of Court by a federal judge for a complete lack of ethics through the attempt to mislead the court and jury during his testimony.

He was stripped of his license to practice law because he attempted to deny a US citizen of her Constitutional and legal right to a fair trial, the complete opposite of what he vowed to do when he took his oath of office.
