If you're referring to the Articles of Impeachment being forwarded to the Senate, probably January 2020, February at the latest. There's no upside to the HoR delaying it any longer than that as it will just strengthen the GOP case that all the Democrats wish to do is throw accusations at Donny without allowing him to defend himself.

At this point Nancy is just demonstrating her propensity for attention seeking behavior with all this bloviating about not sending the Articles over.

I was against the impeachment from the very beginning, still am. Have said so 100 times or more on this forum.
