When do ICE agents start getting charged with murder?

If this guy isn’t suspended pending a full investigation ( by local authorities) ICE thugs will feel empowered to do this again and again
Local authorities have no jurisdiction over a federal agency, I get you want to cover it up, but it won’t have happen

Not anywhere but especially not a known corrupt govt like Timmy’s

Man Killed by Federal Agents in Minneapolis Was Holding a Phone, Not a Gun

Federal officials sought to portray a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident killed by Border Patrol agents on Saturday as a domestic terrorist, saying he wanted to “massacre” law enforcement, even as videos emerged that appeared to directly contradict their account.

The man, Alex Jeffrey Pretti, was an intensive-care nurse described by the Minneapolis police chief as a U.S. citizen with no criminal record. Federal officials said he was armed, but there is no sign in videos analyzed by The New York Times that he pulled his weapon, or that agents even knew he had one until he was already pinned on the sidewalk.

An agent had already removed Mr. Pretti’s gun when two other agents opened fire, shooting him in the back and as he lay on the ground. At least 10 shots were fired, killing him. Mr. Pretti had a legal permit to carry a firearm, said the police chief, Brian O’Hara.

In broad daylight a gang of heavily armed, masked men shot and killed an ICU nurse, Alex Pretti, who was trying to shield a woman from being pepper sprayed.

Officials from the regime said the nurse intended to attack federal agents, and that he was intent on a “massacre.” They presented no evidence.

As was the case with the murder of Renee Good, regime officials attempted to prevent state authorities from investigating.

According to Asst. AG Todd Blanche, no federal agencies are investigating Good's murder.

Two US citizens dead in Minneapolis. How many more?
To answer your question, I suspect they will never be charged with murder even when they commit murder.

We have a history of cops not being charged and even when they are, oftentimes they are found not guilty.

The police state the elite so desire is rapidly taking shape, but dumb Americans fail to see it.

It appears Pretti was shot multiple times AFTER his legal handgun had been taken from his control; if that account proves accurate, Pretti's death qualifies as a homicide, at least.

"Bystander video verified and reviewed by Reuters appears to show an agent removing a gun from Pretti prior to the shooting."

I think the Pretti-Good shootings speak for themselves. Our brave federal agents are just doing their jobs and radicalized leftists keep bringing death upon themselves. Pretti and his radicalized insurrectionists were trying to keep a domestic abuser on the streets. I haven't heard if CBP got the illegal alien or not. A dead insurrectionist just so an illegal alien can beat his wife and kids for another day seems like a bad trade off. Well, nobody ever claimed liberals were smart.

That’s why he was doing

It’s on videotape
You have to be clear about who you are talking about…that is not what the armed brownshirt was doing when he was shot

Whoever the Attorney General is in 2029 is going to be the busiest in U.S. history

I don't know if the elite wants it but the regime absolutely does.

When do ICE agents start getting charged with murder?

3 years from now, if Trump does not issue blanket pardon, but that will only prevent it at the Federal level, not state.

And they won’t have the Trump owned DOJ to run cover for them any more

They ought to consider that going forward

I hope so. Obama's failure to prosecute Bush admin officials for war crimes is a mistake the country can't afford to repeat. I just hope the statute of limitations on the crimes committed by ICE agents will not have expired by 2029. My question is whether leaders inside the regime can also be held criminally accountable for facilitating the crimes being committed? However, anyone with criminal exposure will be pardoned preemptively.

Big picture takeaway here is that ICE is conducting their lawful duties. All of these people who are interfering with agents carrying out those duties are committing a crime, or several crimes. So to show up armed with a weapon, with the intent to interfere with agents doing their duty is peak foolishness. There can be no positive outcome for such people. And as for such people; they need to take a step back and consider what they are doing. Protesting the apprehension of criminal invaders from US communities. Who does that? Why would anyone be against that? Its truly mind boggling. Just let ICE do it's job.

Anyone with potential criminal exposure will be pardoned preemptively. Which is why we need to reform the prez's absolute pardon power.

At the Federal level, they will not need it. There is not a doubt in the world, Trump will issue a blanket pardon for those of his administration, including ICE and others under DHS control, protecting them from any federal prosecution, and absolving them of all crimes committed, including murders, at least at the Federal level.
