When do ICE agents start getting charged with murder?

I did notice, YET AGAIN, liberals ignore the simple question. They say ICE is breaking the law. We ask "What law?" And what do you do? Personal attacks.

No problem, here is a list:

  • Fourth Amendment Violations (Unreasonable Search and Seizure): ICE agents have been accused of entering homes or private areas of workplaces without a valid judicial warrant, relying instead on administrative warrants, which do not authorize entry.
  • Deceptive Tactics and Impersonation: Reports indicate agents sometimes use ruses, such as posing as local police or contractors, to gain access to, or information about, individuals, which can violate constitutional standards.
  • Excessive Force: While allowed to use force when necessary, agents are bound to use minimum non-deadly force; accusations of using excessive, non-authorized force during arrests have been made.
  • Failure to Identify: Agents are required to identify themselves as immigration officers as soon as practical and safe during an arrest, a regulation sometimes disregarded.
  • Fifth Amendment (Due Process): The right to fair treatment under the law, often cited in cases of improper detention or lack of procedural fairness.
  • Fourteenth Amendment (Equal Protection Clause): Guarantees that no person is denied equal protection of the law, which is violated when profiling is based on race, ethnicity, or national origin.
  • Anti-Discrimination Laws: Prohibitions against discrimination based on national origin.
  • Specific Court Orders: In certain jurisdictions, such as Los Angeles, federal court orders have explicitly forbidden stopping individuals based solely on "Hispanic appearance," language, or location.

If you think this shit is legal in United States then you are seriously ignorant of the law.

People assualted without real reason, pepper sprayed, then beat, pistol whipped, shot over and over. And you imagine this to be proper and lawful conduct by the angents? :cuckoo:

If you think this shit is legal in United States then maybe you need to go get your head checked:

These illegal aliens have already been given deportation orders so....

No 4th amendment applies.
No due process. Due process has already happened. You only get due process with a criminal violation. They remained in country and didn't leave, that's civil. No due process. Due process was the deportation order.
Agents aren't required to identify themselves other than that they are ICE WHEN they detain someone.
They aren't discriminating. They're enforcing the law. Who are they going to deport OTHER than people from other countries? Americans?

Don't be ******* stupid.

Actually no…We’re aimed at densely populated blue shitholes. They aren’t part of the “whole country”. They are full of filthy foreigners committing fraud and disgusting illegal cockroaches.
? And you get to decide what areas are not part of the whole country?
Because you live there??? Have in-depth information ?
or is your info Based on information from only two sources Fox and Truth social?,

Man Killed by Federal Agents in Minneapolis Was Holding a Phone, Not a Gun

Federal officials sought to portray a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident killed by Border Patrol agents on Saturday as a domestic terrorist, saying he wanted to “massacre” law enforcement, even as videos emerged that appeared to directly contradict their account.

The man, Alex Jeffrey Pretti, was an intensive-care nurse described by the Minneapolis police chief as a U.S. citizen with no criminal record. Federal officials said he was armed, but there is no sign in videos analyzed by The New York Times that he pulled his weapon, or that agents even knew he had one until he was already pinned on the sidewalk.

An agent had already removed Mr. Pretti’s gun when two other agents opened fire, shooting him in the back and as he lay on the ground. At least 10 shots were fired, killing him. Mr. Pretti had a legal permit to carry a firearm, said the police chief, Brian O’Hara.

In broad daylight a gang of heavily armed, masked men shot and killed an ICU nurse, Alex Pretti, who was trying to shield a woman from being pepper sprayed.

Officials from the regime said the nurse intended to attack federal agents, and that he was intent on a “massacre.” They presented no evidence.

As was the case with the murder of Renee Good, regime officials attempted to prevent state authorities from investigating.

According to Asst. AG Todd Blanche, no federal agencies are investigating Good's murder.

Two US citizens dead in Minneapolis. How many more?
When will ICE agents be charged with murder? When the proper authorities, DHS and DoJ in this case, decide there is evidence of murder. Certainly not by the lynch mobs you seem to be a member of.

I’ve been to nearly all big blue shitholes many times…I live near LA. I pay attention to the data, NONE are part of core/real America. They’re weird, dangerous, divided, disgusting foreign shitholes…all of them.

Wow, you are a total ******* moron, laws do not cease to to exist just because you are looking for illegals or anyone else who broke the law.

Just because you imagine you are raiding a house to find some illegals, doesn't all of a sudden suspend search and seizure laws, doesn't mean you don't need proper warrant.

Just because you see a dark skinned man, doesn't mean it's suddenly legal for you to detain him just based on that.

Just because you don't like protestors shouting at you doesn't all of a sudden give you the right to beat, pepper spray and shoot them.

ICE Agents are violating rights of AMERICANS everyday, two of whom they've already shot dead for no real reason.

You've asked" what laws" and I gave you a very clear list, you now posting that laws don't matter is ******* insane.

Yep, it’s really just that simple.

What a strange post. ICE is enforcing the law in Minnesota and their critics act as if those laws don't exist.

No…Republicans aren’t impeding iCE operations…They believe Americans have a right to live in a sovereign nation funded by taxpayers….weird concept huh?

Dummy, two things can be true at once.

It could be true that ICE is rightfully enforcing laws and rightfully detaining people, while ALSO being true that they are at other times violating people's rights and are even commiting homicides.

First is not an excuse for the second. Just because a cop makes 100 rightful arrests, does not mean that he now gets to violate people rights and shoot them whenever he feels like it.

I want very much to believe that, even if they don't/won't say it, they know that they have been conned, and that they have some idea of what they have enabled. I guess I don't want to just give up on their humanity.

No doubt though, the worst part of this is what it has told me about us as a country, a people. My guess is that what most of us are going through, and what is now hitting the world in general, is a grieving process.
I don't know how old you are, but this isn't our first taste of an authoritarian US government. From the late '30s to the early '70s we had HUAC ( House un-american activities commission). That counsel stepped back when Senator Joseph McCarthy was removed from the Senate, and died on the vine about the time of the Kent State massacre.

It looks like they've broken through, and they have their guys in the White House.

Ignoramus thats not what the law says.

If you want to run up on people, beat, pepper spray, arrest, and kill them, then you better have some damn good reason aside from - "they were protesting and saying mean things to us"

15th post
There's just something about human nature that, when we gain power, we just have to push it too far.

We can have a perfectly legitimate concern, but given the chance, we cause more harm than good.
I read about that in Lord of the Flies.

I always say it: The WAY something is done can be more important ad consequential than attaining the goal itself. The goal can be perfectly legitimate.

MAGA has no idea what I mean by that. They just know one (1) way.

Your struggle to understand is real?
Start by looking up the definition of impede…then we can proceed.
