Dummy, two things can be true at once.

It could be true that ICE is rightfully enforcing laws and rightfully detaining people, while ALSO being true that they are at other times violating people's rights and are even commiting homicides.

First is not an excuse for the second. Just because a cop makes 100 rightful arrests, does not mean that he now gets a right to violate people rights and shoot them whenever he feels like it.

Now try to be honest. The first, ICE is enforcing federal law, is a fact, but the second, that ICE is violating people's rights and shooting them whenever it wants to, has no basis in fact.

There are no clear violations of people's rights and considering the many thousands of contacts between ICE and those trying to provoke ICE agents and impede arrests, the level of violence has been very low.
