According to a CBS News/YouGov poll conducted shortly after Donald Trump's felony conviction in his New York hush money case:

• 56% of U.S. adults said Trump received a fair trial.
• 44% said the trial was unfair

By Political Affiliation:​

• Democrats: 96% said the trial was fair.
• Independents: 54% said it was fair, 46% said unfair.
• Republicans: Only 14% said the trial was fair, while 86% said it was unfair

This shows a significant partisan divide, but overall, a majority of Americans believed the trial was conducted fairly.

I disagree.
It upset me to see these illegal prosecutions of Trump (or anyone), that I felt compelled to vote for him out of sympathy.
That turned out bad, as Trump did even worse things like more wars, ICE, silly tariffs, etc.

Anytime a person violates a country’s immigration law (anywhere) AND they commit a violent crime, theft, or human or drug trafficking, the crime becomes more exacerbated because the criminal was not supposed to be there.
