I would invest in biological and medical research to slow the development of old age and to prolong human life indefinitely. If these studies are successful, you can extend the life of yourself indefinitely, as well as extend the life of those who can pay for it (thus you can make good money).

Anti-aging would be a great pursuit. One of many.

I don't know what specific domain I would pursue, but, I would open up a business, employ 1000's and have in our Mission Statement a clear anti-Communist agenda. Work to crush those businesses that support communism and nepotism while being a role model to other businesses competing with said enemies.

You can get that without going to all that trouble. The area I live in has a few "Hermits" that live on the fringes. No Electricity, no Phones, No TV, No Radio but sooner or later, they have to come to civilization for supplies. You can buy a plot of land in southern Colorado (5 acres) for about 5000 bucks cash. Chances are, it's going to have underground water and sunlight up to about 16 hours a day. For the other 8 hours, find an EV owner who's battery is nearing it's life as a useful EV battery and buy it for a fraction of the cost. Once a year, have Propane Truck deliver Propane to your tanks. Now add a Leak System for the Sewage.

There you have it. You only have one road in or out, electricity, heat, water. And once it's all paid for, the cost of operation is almost zero. I know of a number of people doing this and they aren't worried about Hurricanes, rising ocean levels or anything else.

One more thing, be tough. The Meek can't live like that.
