The entire federal government knew where Trump kept his documents and they weren't in a box behind a classic car. Apparently Trump was negotiating with the feds when they swooped down with a search warrant.. A president has the right to declassify documents but the V.P. has no such option. Therefore what Biden did was more serious than Trump.

A Grand Jury was empaneled, a full investigation began, and through text messages, emails, actual voice recordings, sworn testimony of Trump employees and Trump attorneys, and attorney's notes, it was concluded that Trump and his employees conspired to lie about the existence of the documents, kept critical documents in bathrooms and ballrooms (no, really) and literally moved boxes of documents around so that they would not be discovered.
12. Trump was indicted, based on direct evidence and sworn testimony received from HIS OWN PEOPLE.

Anyone trying to compare or equate the above facts with what Pence or Biden have done is a blatant liar.

Democrats couldn't get Trump with faked documents and a micro investigation of his tax returns so they threw the book at him for what every executive does including the current president. What trump did was significantly more serious because:

1) Trump had the most serious documents possible. The most sensitive material possible, Pence and Biden had meaningless nothing documents, which are a dime a dozen in government.
2) Trump repeatedly lied, concealed, moved, and hid the documents. Pence and Biden handed them over, Trump did the complete opposite. Had Trump just given them back, he would not be in serious trouble
3) Trump showed the most sensitive documents to people and admitted on tape they are classified and shouldn't be looked at. This is a serious offense.
4) Trump involved his lawyers in his crime, and instructed his lawyers to lie/hide the documents

The Republicans just can't accept facts and reality, but the evidence is as clear as it gets. What Trump did is substantially worse and different from what Pence and Biden did.
