What you mean is that Israel returns fire across the border for rockets fired at Israeli children. What would you propose then, that does not go against the UN charter and the UN resolutions in regards to peace. ( at no time have the UN demanded that Israel return to the 1967 cease fire lines )

The Palestinians want a peace agreement based on the UN Charter and international law.

I don't see why there should be such a problem with that. People act like they are asking for the moon.

Because they want the UN charter and International Law re-writing in their favour so they can have the whole world. Israel has offered just that since 1948 and the muslims have refused to accept it

Do you understand International Law when it states that you can defend your citizens by building defensive barriers around them and man the barriers with members of the armed forces with instructions to shoot to kill anyone that approaches the barriers.

That is not occupation of gaza unless you also make the same distinction in regards to the blockade placed by Egypt on gaza.

Egypt does not control 80% of what goes in to (and out of) Gaza, Israel does.

And you cannot build fences and barriers on land that isn't yours.

Sorry to spoil your day but Egypt is an equal partner in the blockade and as such controls 100% of what goes in or out of gaza.

Try telling that to the USA, Saudi, china, Russia, iran, turkey and of course Egypt. As they all do it when it suits them. But Israel has built the security fence to keep the terrorists out and the UN has not said that it is illegal.

And the US gives Egypt $2B a year to do it.

TRY AGAIN IDIOT as the deal was a phased withdrawal with each phase to be completed before the next phase began. So the muslim attacks on Israel were what negated the accords.

And Israel was found to be in breech of those phases.

Are you completely insane or have you been brainwashed to the extent that whole years are missing from your memories.

Phase one was the withdrawal of Israeli personnel from gaza, which Israel did starting in August 2005 and finished in September 2005. The gazan muslims were supposed to stop all belligerence at the same time. So who was in breach of the Oslo accords when the gazan muslims fired an increasing number of arnaments at Israeli civilians ?

No Israelis at all in gaza, no blockade, no "effective control", and full compliance with the agreement by Israel.

So why did the gazan muslims fire over 100 rockets a day at Israeli children if they had received what they wanted. It was a full 6 months before the Israelis were involved in a firefight with Palestinian terrorists and one was shot in the process.

As everyone who has studied islam knows they allways allow themselves a back door in case they want to circumvent any agreements that don't suit them at a later date. As in the last ceasefire were they had placed in a clause that allowed them to negate the ceasefire once they had amassed a sufficient number of weapons and militants with which to attack Israel. I believe that this is just another of these clauses that has come to fruition and the mounting tensions on Israel's northern and north eastern borders are the only impetus needed by hamas and fatah to re-engage in a terror war. Lets hope the UN has its hands full with other theatres and sees the trouble flaring in Israel as just minor skirmishes.

Yes it is called the gaza strip which in full of Islamic terrorists out to murder Jews, but as you have been shown Israel agreed borders with Egypt only after the USA agreed to pay Egypt $50 million a year

It is not Israel that is stopping the hamas scum from taking up their place in the P.A. it is fatah. So gaza being occupied or not means diddly squat in this instance. ( and Israel is not empowered to act as a bodyguard for the hamas terrorists )
