What the Palestinians and Arabs Think of Kerry's New Ideas

If Gaza is no longer occupied then Hamas would be the elected government of the sovereign state of Palestine.

Just a thought.
What would be the borders of this sovereign state of Palestine?

Interesting thought. Palestine's international borders have never changed. Palestine declared independence inside those borders.

Which just so happens to include the legal sovereign state of Israel, which has more right to exist than the illegal state of Palestine does. But as shown previously Palestine has no legal borders as it is nothing more than an undefined area on the map of the M.E. Which map of Palestine is the one showing its international borders as every map is different, and shows that Jordan, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon are all part of Palestine .

Give us a visual of what will be Palestine and what will be Israel.

Without a peace agreement to the contrary, I would assume that Palestine's international borders would remain intact.

In other words you cant provide the evidence so you will bluff and bluster. The Palestine you are talking about has no international borders as they were altered in the 1948 war when the arab armies took land for their respective countries.

Visual please, of your concept of the extent of Palestine and its borders.

Without a visual we cannot even hope to proceed down the path you recommend.

Isn't this a map of GreaterIsreal as envisaged by the Zionists of 1918, and will you be the first to tell all those nations that are part of Palestine to pack their bags and leave as they are there illegally. You can start with Saudi Arabia and end with Syria and see how long your beloved Palestinians last in the ensuing fight to the death.

I thought you were just another ill educated muslim stooge, now I see you are a complete lunatic.

Sorry to spoil your day but Egypt is an equal partner in the blockade and as such controls 100% of what goes in or out of gaza.
I see you must of fallen asleep in your mathematics class. Egypt only controls the border between it and Gaza. It doesn't control the other 3 borders, Israel does. That's not a 100%, moron.

Try telling that to the USA, Saudi, china, Russia, iran, turkey and of course Egypt. As they all do it when it suits them.
They all do what?

But Israel has built the security fence to keep the terrorists out and the UN has not said that it is illegal.
It's a Berlin-type, apartheid wall that is built mostly on land that isn't Israel's. It prevent Palestinian's from going into illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank, not terrorists into Israel.

And the UN has said it is illegal, as well as the International Criminal Court.

You should do your homework first before making dumbass statements like that.

That is a map of Palestine and its recognized borders. It also shows the Zionist's pipe dream of their greater Israel.

So, what is the relevance of your post?

The task (in my original query, and your responses) was to produce a map showing both Israel and Palestine.

With an eye towards defining what 'you' are willing to settle for, in order to have peace between Israelis and Palestinians.

What you are willing to settle for, in sharing the land, while establishing and sustaining the peace.

Where is the State of Israel on this map of Palestine?

No borders were altered by the 1948 war. An armistice was called by UN Security Council resolution. Nobody lost that war. Nobody lost any land.

Armistice lines were drawn after the war but they were specifically not to be political or territorial borders. They did not change any of the already existing borders.

Basically maps are drawings of borders. Israel has no borders.

Every map of Israel shows Israel inside the 1949 armistice lines. The armistice lines were specifically not to be political or territorial borders.

Are you saying that you want all of Palestine, and that the Jews get none?

Nonsense.

Jews have always lived in Palestine.

So were does Israel enter in your views of Palestine, just what part of Palestine will they be allowed to self govern behind internationally recognised borders in peace and without fear of attack or belligerence

The Palestinians are pushing for their rights and justice. I don't know where Israel can fit itself into that picture.

Translation:

"We (the Palestinians) want it all, and will not share the land in a two-state solution (part of old Palestine as 'Palestine', part of old Palestine as 'Israel', each a new sovereign nation), and will settle for nothing less than 'all of old Palestine', prior to agreeing to a lasting peace."

Is this an accurate translation?

Yes or No?

The situation calls for plain speaking, not word games.

It is all part of the Four-Phased Plan.

P F Tinmore, et al,

The borders of empires and the outline of sovereign territories in the Middle East have been shifting and changing since the time before the Uruk period in Mesopotamia and the Sumerian hegemony in the fourth millennium (BC). No sovereignty in the world, is known today by the name the land had in time of neolithic settlers; least of all, in the troublesome Syrian territory of Palestine.

Through much of history, Monarchies, Empires and Principalities were govern under the concept of the Divine right of Kings or the Mandate of Heaven; both of which have the foundation in the right to rule claimed to have been granted to rulers by the Supreme Being; which was supported by political and religious doctrine of royal linage and political legitimacy. And this would not begin to change until the 18th Century. At that time, what we refer to as the territory of Palestine (as well as Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq) were just a few of the holdings under the Sovereign Rule of the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman Sultan was the absolute ruler of the territory (which included what is known today as Palestine). He was the head of the state and head of the government, and his words were the Law. The Sultan "was the political, military, judicial, social, and religious leader. He was responsible only to Allah and God's Law, known as the Seriat (Sharia)." During the Sultan's Rule, there were no natural rights bestowed as universal and inalienable by the Sultan unto the people of Palestine. However, there were legal rights bestowed by the Sultan onto a people of the Empire by a given legal system; the Qanun, was the secular legal system used by Sultan until the fall of the Empire. The Qanun system of law co-existed with religious law or Sharia. Until the 20th Century, the indigenous populations of the universal and inalienable rights bestowed upon them, and lived by the absolute authority of the Sultan with the Sharia and Qanun in support.

The Palestinians are pushing for their rights and justice. I don't know where Israel can fit itself into that picture.
(COMMENT)

The ruling authority of the territory past from the Ottoman Empire to the Allied Powers. As a species, humanity only recently celebrated the 65th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) (December 10, 1948 - December 2013).

Specifically, what "rights and justice" were the Palestinians pushing for in 1948, when the Palestinians declared open "genocide" on the Jewish People in the same context as the Holocaust?

Most Respectfully,
R

So you advocate a Palestine with no Israeli neighbour contrary to the terms of the UN charter. Israel has a far greater right to the land than the palianimals due in fact to they having the full weight of law beghind them. I would say in view of your stance that the muslims should be given a nation of Palestine on the surface of the sun, were they can entertain you till the end of your days.

LOL, the dogshit finally comes clean and admits that it wants all jews out of the mideast, at best relegated back to dhimmi status as they endured for the last 1,400 years under muslim rule - the way muslims subjugate all of the non-muslims under their control.

Maybe Tinny has simply been busy in recent hours.

Let's give him a chance to give us a straight-up 'Yes' or 'No' answer to No. 214.

If he refuses to do so, we'll know for sure.

I think he all but admitted that Israel should be destroyed. "Israel doesn't fit into the picture" is the best answer you'll get out of him.
