What should the verdict be in the Floyd trial?

Fake
There is no 9 minute choke. Bogus emotional fodder
When you actually can’t breathe then you can’t yell out over and over that you can’t breathe.

Actually, that's a falacy... let's see what real doctors say.

One told Floyd it takes “a lot of oxygen” to talk, while another told angry bystanders that Floyd was “talking, so he can breathe.”

That reaction -- seen in police restraint deaths around the country -- is dangerously wrong, medical experts say. While it would be right to believe a person who can’t talk also cannot breathe, the reverse is not true – speaking does not imply that someone is getting enough air to survive.

“The ability to speak does not mean the patient is without danger,” said Dr. Mariell Jessup, chief science and medical officer of the American Heart Association.

“To speak, you only have to move air through the upper airways and the vocal cords, a very small amount,” and that does not mean that enough air is getting down into the lungs where it can supply the rest of the body with oxygen, said Dr. Gary Weissman, a lung specialist at the University of Pennsylvania.

Of course, no one posting in this thread has seen the evidence.

So just keep making shit up as you please.

Uh, we've all seen the fucking video where he's chocking the the guy for NINE MINUTES.

What other evidence do we need, exactly?

The autopsy report, under oath witness accounts, the usual stuff message board trolls do not have access to unless they are sitting in the jury box at a trial.
We actually do have access to the autopsy report.

Chauvin is innocent, IMHO.

The evidence indicates the Officer Chauvin used the knee to the back of the neck technique for years, even on teenagers, and the suspects dealt with it just fine.

There was no reason for Mr. Chauvin to think that a big strapping fellow like Floyd wouldn't be able to take it.

Not guilty of murder.

But guilty of some appropriate lesser charge.

Manslaughter, wrongful death, aggravated assault resulting in death, sumfin'...

He should be found guilty of the charge as stated ... if only one juror says "No" then know this the outrage will be historic and not pleasant ... bet on that and rightly so... the man is guilty and needs to be punished for the crime, no if, and's, or but's.

Impossible to say before a single witness is heard or a single piece of evidence is shown.

However, I'm more concerned about the BLM/Antifa mobs intimidating jurors. If I lived in Hennepin County I would be hard pressed to vote for innocence even if I thought the case wasn't proven. Its tough to watch your house burn because you don't go along with the liberal mob.
hahaha i'm sorry but what other evidence and witnesses are needed? we have multiple HD videos with sound of the cop killing the man.
The problem is that according to the autopsy, Floyd had no injuries from the side of his neck being kneeled upon. The cop’s actions didn’t kill him.

Before anybody did anything to him, he was saying...He couldn't breathe.

He was a nine-time loser.

The world is a better place, without him.
You’re fucking lying. He said that when he was cuffed lying on his face with a knee on his neck
You are the fucking liar! Watch the video tape taken by the witness. F was yelling to the officers he couldn't breath when they were trying to get him out of his car.
He was claiming he couldn't breath when the cops were trying to get him into the cruiser. As he was fighting with the cops he kept claiming he couldn't breath.
You can't keep claiming you can't breath while you are breathing.
This is just another cluster-fuck by the Trayvon/Big Mike primates.

Basically.

Do you really think that if Officer Chauvin is exonerated, that BLM and Antifa will actually schedule new riots? They didn't do that in Baltimore after the officers there were found innocent as newborn babes.

Floyd did himself no favors. He took a lethal dose of meth and fentanyl and passed a counterfeit bill and was completely uncooperative with cops.

He would not shut up. He sounded like a drunk woman in her 40s during a girls weekend at the beach.

Not guilty!

Street thug family, BLM and Libtard media should be sent to Federal prion for inciting an insurrection.

When there is no pulse found what's the point of keeping your knee on the neck? No pulse means the guy is passed. For this at least the cop should be held accountable. That's plain beyond protocol on a totally subdued person who has no pulse.

Baltimore wasn't the subject of national anger, and we didn't see the murder of Freddie Gray on camera.

If the Jury has a brain fart and acquits him, there will be more riots. If anything, this trial has brought the whole thing back, people are reminded of why this made them angry.

None of which makes Chauvin killing him okay.

So if cop killed you tomorrow, could we dig through your entire life and find that you never, ever did anything bad?

This is the same tactic they tried during the Jason Van Dyke trial, He was bad, he was on drugs, he had it coming.

It didn't work then. It won't work now.
