What Rock Band/Album 70’s Through 80’s Would Still Be a Hit if Released Today?

I'm thinking if older tunes were paired with cool videos the younger crowd can relate to that they might take off and chart.

More than a feeling was about watching hiis cousin walk away. Great song though.

I'm 35 and like classic rock. The crap that passes for music today is just pathetic.

It is doubtful many, if any, would make it now. As noted a few of the ones semi like disco might as there are still genres similar to that. But rosk, old western, hippy folk style, crooners, aint none of that playing right now. 😭

Bah, you see the sun once every couple weeks, maybe.
13 days of cloudy with 3 of misting rain and 1 day of sun in 2 weeks.
Oh, oh, you might get 2 days of sun in 2 weeks, sometimes.
I never forget the weather there, or the fish market.
Or this motorcycle game at the back of the fish market.
Never seen anything like that before or since.
It was..a mechanical video game? Way different than the claw..

Pike Place Market??

True enough about the lack of sun, though that's 9 months of the year. Most summers are all sun, from July into September and very dry, making it a tinderbox. A few years ago, we went 5(?) months without any rain whatsoever. That was awful.

Remember in Forrest Gump and his descriptions of rain in Viet Nam??? Yeah, we're like that and have a different name for each level. From mist, drizzle, light showers, steady rain and heavy rain or downpours which can look like a 'wall of water' coming down and all in between.....though usually only lasts a couple of minutes at that rate.

Bobby Fuller was a rising rock star until his mysterious death.

No, just no.

I've never liked that song.....I doubt if the youngins' would either regardless of the format it was presented to them in.
I guess I like it because it reminds me of my college days.
