Grand jury testimony is provided under oath and is transparent. In short it is more credible than having 100s of thousands of pages in a library of files with the government and a single page or two with names is a eureka moment. Excuse me for my skepticism it wouldn't be tampered with. Grand jury testimony though, that's clear and unblemished.

Wrong. Grand jury testimony can be discussed outside of the grand jury proceedings, but ONLY BY THE WITNESS him/herself. Grand jurors may NOT discuss the testimony they've heard or evidence they've seen until the grand jury has been rereleased by a court.
