What is your opinion of how Donald Trump is doing managing the Iran war

But you said Biden was following the date Trump set. Biden changed the exit date to September 11. That means Biden wasn't following Trump date. You're wrong. Thank you. Go take your nap.
I did not say that. I said Trump was the one that negotiated the evacuation from Afghanistan.

And that is a fact, no matter how much you whine about NPR and the "liberal media".

Why are we required to assist you with your willful ignorance? Look it up yourself.

Well, I wasn't there when Kennedy was shot, either. But I'm pretty sure it happened. What a troll.
That's the same think Lee Harvey Oswald said. Hmmmmmm

Is anybody here stupid enough to really think Trump is personally MANAGING this war? Did Trump plan this war from the beginning? Has he stepped over the US Dept. of State and the Pentagon to personally direct and execute the war? Do people even have an idea of how massive the bureaucracy surrounding something like this really is? Some people really are idiots. This is not Trump's War, this war was planned over a lot of time by a lot of people long before Trump reentered the WH. This is exactly what the true power players in the US Government want. And they want Trump to pay all the negative consequences. This was a masterful play by the establishment to finally get their war and punish Trump for it.

Okay, what date did President Trump set for withdrawal?
Ask General Mattis, who called Trump's agreement a surrender.

Now, instead of talking about Biden, start talking about this failure Trump has conducted that has cost 13 lives, with more probably coming for no reason whatsoever. 13 people died during the evacuation, and lamebrains like you dogged Biden about it. Now Trump does it and you sorry MAGATS have excuses an whataboutisms.

Stop trying to blame everybody else. Man up, this war is failing, and it's Trump's fault. People are tired of you MAGATS and your excuses for this incompetent, senile son of a *****.

He isn’t managing the war – he’s lost control.

Two American combat aircraft shot down by Iran with a crewman missing is the latest fiasco of Trump’s unwarranted, illegal war.
In decades past campaigning on the scale, and level of missions flown would have seen several more aircraft lost.
Our flag commanders seem to have learned the past lessons.

Trump isn't pouring over the map table moving individual battalions here. Most of this war is managed by generals and admirals.
Trump is providing the goals and agenda.

What are a few of the bad decisions you think Trump has made in managing the war?
1) Starting this disastrous war in the first place

2) Not understanding that Iran would attack other countries in the region, like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait....as Trump has already admitted he didn't expect that to happen, despite warnings from military experts.

3) Not understanding how easily that Iran could shut down the Straight Of Hormuz

4) Not having mine-sweeping ships in place to clear the Straight Of Hormuz

5) Not having enough THAAD air defense missiles to protect all of our military assets in the region and other allied countries in the region for more than a few weeks, as Trump's JCS General Caine tried to warn him before the war started.

6) Trump stupidly saying on Wednesday that Iran no longer has any military capability to defend itself....before shooting down 2 of our jets.

Would you like more?

May 1 was the date President Trump set. September 11 was the date Biden changed to. Therefore, you're a liar.

Sad that you didn't live up to your promise of honest civil debate. Oh well. Don't be too offended when I don't play any of your games in the future.

Have a blessed life.
You are not here for honest civil debate. That's why you keep weakly changing the subject with dishonest strawman arguments.

Probably more Americans already died in this unforced error than were supposedly "killed by Iran" in 47 years
Again a display of gross ignorance of history.
Including direct hand of Iran and indirect hand of Iran's proxies, and including civilian deaths as well as military, prior to recent initiation of fresh round, the toll would have been between several hundred to a few thousand (Depending how one counts and the difference between confirmed and additional highly probable).
At this time, during past several weeks, looks like not even a dozen, yet.

You are the stupid one. The military has had contingent plans of dealing with Iran. Hegseth eliminated many of the most competent miltary minds.
Trump has said"I know more than the generals"
Trump does not like taking advice from anyone. That is why he put, only, yes men and women around him.
Trump realizes he is in way over his head with possible disasterous results. Hopefully Trump will start listening to smart, knowlegible people. Hegseth in not a smart, knowlegible person. Hegseth is an embarrassment worldwide.

Trump should of had discussions with allies about working together if they attack Iran. He could have done that months ago, not right before the invasion.
He obviously had no contingency plans if the strait of Hormuz was closed.
What happens if are allies will not help.
What will be the effect on the cost of oil.
How the actions would effect the US and world economy.
What happens if the people do not rise up and create a new government and the same radical islamists ruled.
What if Iran does not lose all of it's military assets as easy as assumed.
