Do you think Trump thought he would have to come back to congress and ask for 2 billion dollars for the war. That goes straight to the deficit or takes away from programs to help American. Did he know farmers would be hard hit because of not being able to get fertilizer. Do you think ihe thought if they completely wiped out the top leadership of the regime there would not be citizens ready to take over the government.
