We know, that Russia is more or less openly declared end of non-prolifiration treaty, and Iranians are discussing changing their mind about non-acqiring nukes, and not all of those discussions are open.

Let's play a game. New Iranian Supreme Leader take back fetwa about unacceptability of nuclear weapons, next day, there is underground nuclear test for 100 kt (all what you know about it) and then Iranian representatives say that they are...

No. It's a failure of our civilian leadership. No military in the world can fit 10 pounds of bullshit into a 5 pound bag. If ordered to do so, our military can nuke Tehran and the two major port cities then invade. The cost would be high, but it can be done.
