As far as Xi being a liar, he has not proven in the past that he is but Trump has proven to be a liar every day. In fact, his flip-flopping on tariffs, shows that. In addition, he said he was not going to continue raising rates every time that Trump raised them and he has done what he said. Lastly, China is ALL ABOUT being standing up to others and never backing down (Xi has never backed down on anything he said..............Trump has done it repeatedly) and as such, I believe when he says he is NOT asking for communication and starting talks. In China, a leader that does that is not kept as a leader. That has been the Chinese mentality for thousands of years.

Simply stated, there is a 99.999% probability that Trump is lying on this.

In fact, the U.S. has allocated around $174 billion in military aid for the Ukraine. According to the website I will post a link to, only around $83 billion has thus far actually been given to the Ukraine for military aid. With Trump around, it is unlikely that they will see the other $99.4 billion.
