Zone1 What is Wrong with Inequality?

Nope. Giving our jobs to the third world is the problem. That is your side.
Who gives those jobs away?

The same Capitalists that Republicans gave a 40 percent tax cut

Inequality is inevitable because people are not equal in ability. All we can do is provide equal opportunity so people with ability and desire are unimpeded.

Now that the intolerant left is focused on creating equity, instead, those with ability are only handicapped at the expense of those with no desire.

Group health insurance was developed by Kaiser as a way to avoid wartime salary controls and attract employees during WWII.
It has been around since the mid 19th Century. The Massachusetts Health Insurance Company was established in 1847. Employers have been offering it to their employees since the 1870s. Blue Cross Blue Shield was the first non profit health insurance company established in the 1920s.

When I was working for commission I had access to an employer group insurance plan but had to pay the full cost of it and that was affordable. Because it was a group plan the cost was lower.

If we wanted true equality, all insurance would be privately owned so that you could keep your insurance if you became unemployed or changed jobs. The insurance companies would make that affordable for most or would go out of business.

Interesting concept. So you want employees paid according to the profit that owners make selling the service or goods that they produce? Do you want to be the one to tell those employees that because the company didn't make a profit this week that their pay will be zero dollars?
The Boss Imposes, "All for One, and That One All for Himself"

How is it different from the way it is now, when the CEO has to tell the stockholders they won't get any dividends?

Also, you're dishonestly assuming that labor costs won't be subtracted from gross revenue to get profit.

Western Massachusetts. My family has been there since the early 1600's. According to you though...that family farm should be sold to pay an inheritance tax? Thanks, Alang.
Law of Evolution: IMPROVE IT OR LOSE IT

You're being generic, which figures because those who believe in hereditary rule have nothing but contempt for natural talent. What are the odds that an heir will be the best person to create value out of the land?

It benefits the whole society to have the most talented people own the most, not the "birth-heirs." (As Michael Jordan was the real heir of Larry Bird, not any son of Larry Bird).

No progress can be made when power is based on birth rather than worth. A society that allows any birth privileges will eventually suffer crib death.

Minimum wages are already too high, and Unions have devolved into organizations that work only for themselves, not the members. I can remember staying out on strike an additional month for a contract item that only benefitted the Union, not the members.
If You're Not a Union Man, You're Not a Man at All. You Are a Manservant.

Your alternative is to only benefit the employers, not the employees.

You've obviously never run a business! Labor costs are paid regardless of profit. If you don't pay workers...you go to jail. That's totally different than the payment of dividends.

"Birth privileges"? What drivel is that? Your excuse for stealing from someone who has worked hard to give their children something? Theft like that doesn't benefit society at all. When people own things they have pride of ownership. When things are owned by the collective nobody gives a crap. That is something that's been shown to be the case throughout history but you're here pretending that THIS TIME it's going to be different!

Since I had to pay for my college except for an earned smallish scholarship, I worked and was paid so that I could pay for tuition, books, fees, room and board. I chose to have an education. Nobody forced it on me or took advantage of me in any way. And I was blessed to get it when the public schools and universities were still educating instead of indoctrinating.

I have fewer than two bosses who did not respect or value me in a very long, eclectic work life and I did not work for those for long. Most have been great.

I have worked for commission in my best paying jobs and loved it. Okay there were pretty much no benefits in addition to my earnings but I couldn't be underpaid. And I out earned most of the guys if not all of them.

There are all sorts of ways to view the world we live in. We can see ourselves as victims of the system. Or the beneficiaries of it. I prefer the latter.
High IQs Create All the Plutocracy's Wealth. That's Why It Treats Brains Like Free Tickets.

You Eweniversity lovers are jealous of talent, believing it must be punished first before it can be rewarded. You also believe that an intelligent person only benefits himself, as if he majored in something like Casino Gambling.

Sacrifice has no merit; it is nothing but brown-nosing and job-stealing. Unpaid education contradicts the incentive-values preached by those who impose such an unnatural and unmotivating system on everybody but their own sons.

On the Netrix, No One Can Tell That Your Education Is Defective

How can people have any critical credibility when their grammatical knowledge is at a fourth-grader's level?
Wow, you post absolute nonsense but then critique me over grammar? Talk about pathetic...

Rich people create the economic opportunities for everyone.

Like the good book says, "In the sweat of your face you will eat bread."
Saying That the Rich Create Jobs Is Like Saying That Vampires Create Blood. That Sucks!

The fact that these parasites believe in inheritance contradicts all their preaching about "Work for It!" They'll never tell their sons what they order us to do.

The self-appointed and expensively promoted class tells us, "My way or the highway!" That is coercion; just because you can choose to be poor doesn't make it any less rule by force. That's how they twist language, especially the Libertarians.

So I'll twist back. Anyone who tells you, "My way or the highway," means that his way is the low way.

My 'luck' was working my ass off and finally making the right choices. Anyone can do this, however it takes time. Can't be done overnight. It took me ten years to save for the down payment on my apartment building. That didn't bother me because I knew what I was going to do. No need for drastic sacrifices either, just plug away at your plan. Let's say you're going to California. Why not see the sights along the way. No need to rush, as you know where you're going.
If Commoners Have to Do It on Their Own, So Must Heiristocrats

Most of the time success is not worth the sacrifice. It shows how much the rich, in private, actually realize that, too, or else they wouldn't make it easy for their sons, contradicting what they brag about to everybody else.

There are 25 million Asians here, with double the net worth of whites.
That is incorrect.

There are millions of poor Asians, and the white racist tactic of trying to use Asians to make claims is opposed by Asians themselves.
