A last time: "Deutschland über alles" together with the exact definition of the size of Germany at the time of history when it was written never had anything to do with "Germany rule the waves" as it had been propagandistic transformed from the Brits - including the Brit and Prussian William II, the Prussian emperor over the rest of Germany after Napoleon had destroyed the Holy Roman empire of German Nation and Prussia had thrown out Austria from Germany.
Here a very fast form of the history of Prussia. The title "King of Prussia" was by the way a Polish title which never was accepted from the Holy Empire. In German this title was only "king in Prussia". And Prussia was once only the region which is today called "Oblast Kaliningrad". The video starts with the Kurfürst (=electoral prince) of Brandenburg who inherited Prussia and overtook this title.
Comment: Our red-black- golden flag is here showed as if it had been a flag of Prussia - but it never had been. It was always the flag of democracy. If the superstupid Prussians had agreed with the democrats of the year 1849 and had overtaken the crown of Germany by the grace of the people and not the grace of god then they still could be the representatives of Germany - as it is for example in the "republics" = "representative kingdoms" Denmark, Norway, Sweden and GB.

You knew that the title "King of Prussia" was a Polish title which never was accepted from the Holy Empire? Don't try to tell me bullshit. The Kings of Prussia spoke often English, French and Polish - but nearly never German.
Very short:
Holy -> basing on the values of the Jewish and Christian religion (the emperor was also in the succession of King David and King Solomon and not only in the succession of Rome. )
Roman -> basing on the rule of law
Empire of -> realm
German -> united (by clear language)
nation -> federation
