Only a judge can "slate" anyone for deportation.
Which has not happened.
The way ICE is doing this in a sloppy wholesale manner, is in violation of the law, and is harming citizens and natives who have rights to not be threatened by ICE.

When CA was purchased from Mexico, the treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo specifically stated that the native occupants, land owners, businesses, employees, etc., did not have to become citizens, and could not be interfered with.
So ICE is in total violation of the law.

But Trump's illegal use of ICE and the National Guard is totally different because its an absolute violation of the 4th and 5th amendment. It is fundamental, so cannot be ignored. It is a treasonous precedent.
