No, if you aren’t going to have a discussion about a topic YOU have to be honest. 1993 was when the last state made a specific law for spousal rape. Rape has been illegal for a dang long time in this country. The first notable conviction for spousal rape was in 1979. The point is that rape, even of a spouse is not legal anywhere in this country.
As for gun ownership and restraining orders we either need to make it a lot harder to get a restraining order or we need to make it a lot easier to get rights restored afterwards. It is far too easy to just make an accusation and get a restraining order. There’s no adjudication of guilt.
Then you go on to Roe v Wade, the Supreme Court didn’t overturn it saying that snuffing out unwanted unborn tricycle motors was a bad thing or a good thing. They overturned it saying that it needed to either be decided by lawmakers either at the state level or the federal level, not by the judicial system.
Your dismissal of women's rights and concerns is, at best, facile.
A woman's basic right to self determination and medical care in the case of a pregnancy emergency, should not vary from state to state. As a male, you seem particularly clueless about the issues American women face.
I had two miscarriages when I was younger. Both required D&C's because my body didn't fully expel the tissue. The treatment I received is now illegal in 22 states, because D&C's are sometime used for surgical abortions, and because the 6 week limits had expired in both cases.
Politicians should NEVER be allowed to legislate medical procedures because they're not doctors. Since Roe v Wade was overturned, the maternal death rate from the complications of pregnancy in the USA, which was already the highest in the first world, has more than doubled. In states with abortion bans, it's reaching 60 women per 100,000 live births. It was 11 deaths 100,000 live births under Roe v Wade. In Norway, it's fewer than 2 deaths per 100,000 live births.

I am constantly reminded of Margaret Atwood's quote: Men are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them.
You stand on the side that men killing women isn't a real problem because it's against the law.
