What is bad about socialism?

Since the term "socialism" gets thrown around a lot by people who don't know the meaning of it, here's a definition:

Any of various theories or systems of social organization in which the means of producing and distributing goods is owned collectively or by a centralized government that often plans and controls the economy.

Now we can discuss what is bad about it.
When is your 23rd bday? Just think, into your 30s and 40s you'll know your brain has developed or you'll still be liberal.

If we were robots, socialism would be fine. Our emotions and greed ensure socialism will never work. You can't

change human nature.
Which is probably why capitalism, kept in check by common sense regulations, has proven to be the best form of government/economy in human history.

Oh please. All governments, including America's involve wealth redistribution. That isn't "Marxism". "Marxism" doesn't just mean whatever you want it to.

Good. I can put it to better use.

I'm amazed that anyone pretends to believe that a lottery winner is a "productive person".
That's total bullshit, the aspects you claim are 'socialist' and exist in every government have nothing to do with the core of socialist ideology. Just another example of the theft required to make socialism 'work'.
