I do use it when I’m driving but through the Bluetooth connection and speakers in my car which is legal and safer. Nobody is going to physically make you get a covid vaccine but if you work for the state and they require it for work or if you work for a private company and they require it or a place of business requires it for you to be a customer then you have a choice to make on your own but it may get hard for you. You don’t have to wear a seatbelt but there may be consequences for you both legally, financially, and physically if you get in a wreck or get a ticket.
