There’s a twisted, demented experiment going on with 85 percent of all Americans, and it has to do with tricking human cells into creating millions of nanoparticles, forever, that clog the blood, disrupt the CNS and catapult cancer cells. Oops. Sorry about that, says the CDC, FDA, WHO, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, school systems and millions of employers across the nation. An appeals court has "always" been known as a high court, that is well known. The majority of ruling stop at the appellate courts, never making it to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is known as the "Highest Court in the Land" and is known as the Supreme Court. That is all legal judicial terminology.

They did indeed rule that the COVID-19 vaccine is "NOT" a vaccine. They went even further than that and they explained why. In the rolling it states plain and simple reading that-this is the court's own words:

"CDC conceded that the COVID-19 vaccine is not a “traditional vaccine.” They also cite CDC statements that say the vaccine does not prevent transmission, and that natural immunity is superior to the vaccine. LAUSD moved for judgment on the pleadings, requesting judicial notice of the attached CDC information."
