What idiot actually thought these types of commercials would be a good idea to show the public?

Have you ever been watching one of your favorite shows and when the commercial break starts it a commerical about cancer? Or if it';s not about cancer it;s diabetes, or kidneys

WHat's with all these depressing a$$ medical commercials? We never saw this crap 20 years ago. It was commercials about cookies, cereal, detergent, soda or anything that had nothing to do with medical.
