The oldest of the boomers are 80 years old this year. I think Gen X will be fine. Some years ago, a percentage thought they were not going to collect social security. They will collect it. One positive for them is they are half the size of the boomers, and the Millennials are the size of the boomers. So, there should be more money available as the boomers die off.
