Prosecutors have requested a delay until 11/19, and what will most likely happen Bragg's team will concede on the constitutional immunity issue and dismiss the case. Bragg's team would save face and avoid potential and harsher legal consequences later on—like an overturned conviction or public criticism for pursuing a weak case.

Democrat lawfare is nearing its end, at least in the short-term.

As far as the legal procedures, niceties, and mandates, fuck all of them. He will never spend a night in jail or prison, pay a fine, or forfeit anything of value because of his convictions, even though they are apparently legal.
