Nobody should be called for it ever. Not as long as blacks are allowed to say it out loud everywhere more times on a daily basis than most people use the word "the".

If blacks can say it then non blacks should be allowed to say it also. To not let someone say a word based on their skin color by it's very definition is racist and discriminatiory.
