What ever happened to that ridiculous climate change hoax.

all forms of air pressure are correlated with temperature, including atmospheres... Notice the T in the equation....
Notice the "mass" in that equation.

We can also change volume ... if we decrease volume, we increase pressure, with both temperature and mass being equal ... Boyle's law - Wikipedia ...
And since the atmosphere is not a closed system, the volume does change as the atmosphere cools and warms which is why his beliefs are in error. He thinks the atmosphere is a closed system. If the atmosphere were a closed system, atmospheric pressure would increase as temperature increased for a given gas composition.

Pressure is DEFINED as force over area

and the FORCE of "contained gas" increases with temperature.... in every single form, including planetary atmosphere.

This is Mars...

Surface Air Pressure on Mars is highly correlated with distance from Sun.

Are you going to join Toddster and argue that closer to Sun does NOT mean warmer?

LOL!!

The kind that has a change in gas composition.

Laughable.

You are just changing one of the other variables and keeping T constant.

T is still in the equation, duh...

70 degrees on January 6th in Wichita KS.

It's still here, and getting worse.
13 degrees in Southern Indiana.
The weather is, has been, and will always be up and down.
Yes there are loooong patterns of global warming and cooling - always has been, and always will.

does change the FACT that air pressure is correlated with TEMPERATURE in EVERY FORM.
Temperature affects the density of the gas composition. As temperature changes the pressure changes but not in the way you are arguing. Warmer temperatures decrease density and increase volume thus lowering pressure. Colder temperatures increase density and decrease volume thus raising pressure.

Yes, the Earth's atmospheric gas composition has changed dramatically and continuously over its 4.6 billion-year history, evolving from hydrogen/helium to a volcanic mix, and then being fundamentally transformed by the emergence of life, particularly photosynthetic organisms, which introduced vast amounts of oxygen, while carbon dioxide levels have fluctuated significantly due to geological and biological processes, including recent human impacts.

Key Stages of Atmospheric Change:
  1. Primordial Atmosphere (Early Earth): The first atmosphere was likely hydrogen and helium, but it was quickly lost.
  2. Second Atmosphere (Volcanic Outgassing): Formed from gases spewed from volcanoes, primarily water vapor (which later formed oceans) and carbon dioxide, with little to no free oxygen.
  3. Oxygenation Event (The Great Oxidation Event): Around 2.4 billion years ago, cyanobacteria began producing oxygen through photosynthesis, slowly building up levels and changing the atmosphere to its current state, a process driven entirely by life.
  4. Carbon Cycle & Life's Influence: Carbon dioxide levels were much higher in the past, helping keep early Earth warm; this gas has since been sequestered in rocks and oceans, with life playing a huge role in its cycling.
Modern Changes:
  • Human Activity: In recent centuries, human activities like burning fossil fuels have drastically increased atmospheric CO2.
  • Current Levels: Today's atmospheric composition (roughly 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 1% other gases) is a result of billions of years of evolution, with CO2 levels now higher than they've been in millions of years.
In Summary: The atmosphere isn't static; it's a dynamic system shaped by geology, chemistry, and, crucially, biology, with life being the biggest driver of the air we breathe today.

Moving goalposts ... atmospheres are profoundly UNcontained ... why satellite orbits decay ...

{\displaystyle p(x,y,z)-p_{0}(x,y)=-\int _{0}^{z}\rho (x,y,z')g(x,y,z')dz'}

... which is the same as what you posted above ... except you didn't set height to infinity ... does that make better sense? ...

Gravity is a function of mass, not temperature ... Newton's 2nd Law ...

does change the FACT that air pressure is correlated with TEMPERATURE in EVERY FORM.

That's not what Boyle's Law says ... but I see you're using statistical arguments ... and lying about any "facts" ... I use statistics myself but I don't call them "facts" ... I call them statistics so everyone knows they aren't facts ...

Real easy manipulating statistics to get the results you want ... because Nature Law gives the results she wants, whether we like it or not ...

Russia got 7 feet of snow, due to Global climate warming change

Russia got 7 feet of snow, due to Global climate warming change

Average is 8 feet? ... it can snow 12 feet in California over a weekend ... think "Donner Party" ...

Ha Ha ... but yeah, warmer average temperatures means less average snow ... the more fossil fuels we burn, the longer the growing season will be ... more food means lower prices and Russian farmers are bankrupt again ...

Temperature is the measure of kinetic energy ... pressure is the measure of gravitational force ...

Energy stored in Middle Earth would only be available to the Elves and their magic ... not the magic of Men ... I don't know about Dwarves ... but yeah, what a political environment, ever notice how all Gandalf's political enemies die horrible and painful deaths? ...
I say we tap that bastard, with or without the keeblers.

Sounds like we've got some catchin up to do.

Post some data from summer in Australia.
Or go take more estrogen.

The weather is, has been, and will always be up and down.

I still remember back in the 1970s when I was living in Idaho, and in one year they had reached two different records.

One was a day with the lowest high temperature on record, around -5f. And the same year saw a day with the highest low temperature on record, around 105. Both of those recorded in less than a year.

And for all the "predictions" they keep making, they have yet to actually prove that any of their predictions have come true.

I have constantly been asking for two simple things for over a decade now. And I laugh because they can not provide either of them nor do they even try.

First, go back a decade or more and look at the actual predictions made and then apply them to the real world in the present time. And no, not "adjusting" them in any way or manipulating the data. Give the actual prediction and then give us the results. Amazingly, they are unable to do that with any predictions other than those following trends of over a century ago in relation to things relating more to the end of the Little Ice Age than anything related to their "Climate Change Scares".

And secondly, if those "climate models" are so good, then they should stand up to a double-blind test. A neutral body provides the model experts a series of conditions covering say 5 years. They plug that data into their model, and give us their results of the next 5-10 years. But here is the kicker, the 5 years of data provided are for a period in the past. Then we can see if those models are able to predict what the climate did for the next 5 to 10 years.

If the model actually predicted the following years, I might start to take them more seriously. But I bet it would not be able to predict crap, and would completely miss what the real history showed.

Am I the only one that laughs when many "Climatologists" try to tell the future full of doom and gloom in 5 year increments? Sounds and awful lot like the "Five-Year Plans" of the Soviet Union. And everybody should be well aware of how well those went. The USSR would present these plans for how their nation would advance over the next half-decade. And then when that time passed they would announce to the world how they had done even better than predicted.

Only, most of the time it was an absolute lie and they actually did worse. Even claiming wheat production was increasing and they were hitting record production levels as the nation was going through a famine as the reality was the exact opposite.

Today's atmospheric composition (roughly 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 1% other gases) is a result of billions of years of evolution, with CO2 levels now higher than they've been in millions of years.

Which is not saying much, as it is extremely rare to see the zealots ever point to a time before the last 3 million years. And as they refuse to accept the reality that we are in an interglacial that is exceptionally cold, none of their claims should be taken seriously at all.

I have pointed out that in previous interglacials Florida was mostly underwater. For a long enough period of time that a meter or more would be added to the thickness of the coral reefs that are now limestone around Miami. And that those limestone deposits are now kilometers thick. And what is so damned magical about what they claim is "record temperatures", when it is still very clear that most of Florida is not under the oceans.

Their complete dismissal of the fossil and geological record is something I find completely baffling. It always reminds me of a movie where one of the characters is ordering the others to not look behind the curtain.
