What does the rest of the world think?

Yes, "I could have went" is grammatically incorrect; the correct phrase is "I could have gone.". "Went" is the past tense of "go," while "gone" is the past participle, which is used with auxiliary verbs like "could have".
Oops.

Eilithios. Can't find it on the net. You sure you spelled it right? I would think that if I cut and pasted exactly what you typed, the definition would come up. But nun did. Oh boy you better hope you didn't spell something wrong after calling me out about my grammer. A spelling retard making fun of a grammatical error.
Grammar eilithios not grammer. But "but nun did" is another gem of obvious higher education,

Sure, and that "grammer" misspelling was so sneaky too.

A true pousti, malaka and eilithio.

I actually saddens me that someone I share half of my ethnicity with can be such an idiot.
No that was a mistake.

Half? You're a half breed? Gamoto!

The irony was that you told me to learn to spell in the same breath.

And yes, only my mother was Greek but I grew up there, yet I am far more Greek than you are in every way but blood.

Yes you are just like Giannis Antetokounmpo. So what? I'm still 50% more Greek than you. You are a mutt. I love it that you know Greeks are superior and you are not one really. Only some Greek.

Do you ever watch tracing your roots? One of the guys had an ancestor who was 1/4 black. That meant he couldn't get a good job.

I'm so proud you are so proud to be Greek when you aren't. I'm even more proud. At least 50% more. You can feel it. Just like YOU know you are not 100%.

Who the hell cares what percentage of what anyone is? Hybrid vigor is an advantage anyway.

I'm very proud to be 100% Greek. A lot of Trump supporters love being 100% white. And keeping it 100%.

People should rightly be proud of personal accomplishments. Where one's ancestors are from is hardly an accomplishment. Blood is all the same anyway.

Eilithios! You can't even speak Greek, and barely speak or write English. You should have went to Ford (sic) instead of getting an inner-city education in whatever shithole college you claim to have went to(sic).

If I remember correctly, the Greeks being considered 'white' is relatively recent phenomenon.

Greeks have always been white. Giannis Akembutou sp? is not even 1% of the population, but his parents were not.
In anthropological sense, if 'white' means Caucasian, the Greeks are white without a doubt. As are the Arabs, Turks, Persians and even most of the Indians.

But in a cultural sense, or more correctly in a perception of the 'true whites' (WASP and similar groups) the Greeks, along with the Italians, Jews, all of Balkan and Slavic people, and even Irish weren't whites.

It depends on your definition on what is "white". You are using a very antiquated definition which perished more than a century ago. You cannot possibly remember that except in an historical context.

Yes, it is from the past. I thought that being 'proud to be white' should normally have been ceased at least 50 years ago.

Why shouldn't people be proud to be white? There's a hell of a lot of accomplishment going back to the ancient Greeks as well as some things not to be as proud of as with any race.
