Freedom is seen by the Left as a threat to mother earth in terms of carbon emission and pollution and the demise of natural resources.

Capitalism is seen as the means to such economic freedom and must be destroyed, again, to save mother earth.

And if you disagree with them it is hate speech as they will blow your head off for engaging in it.
