To be perfectly honest, I have had guys do that to me, you know with the eye thing. Except that, when it's done really prematurely, as in, when I don't even know him, and he's all like, giving me a silent message with his eyes, god that just frightens me to no end.

I am not saying I don't like meaningful eye contact, just that some guys do it wayyyy too early. It's like I said, premature.

I think that it would work better, if a man just walks up to the woman, as soon as he finds her interesting/attractive, and lets the enthusiasm in his questions for her do the talking.
